A fourth-generation Colorado native, Erin has either skied, fished, hiked, climbed or floated most of the state, especially the Southwest. He has also owned part of it; in fact, Erin sold his lodging businesses in Ouray and Durango so he could pursue a career as a real estate professional. His experience in both owning and managing Colorado businesses is a valuable asset for clients who want to buy or sell commercial real estate here.

As for his energy, Erin is the driving force behind the world-renowned Ouray Ice Park and Ice Festival. Ice climbing is a sport requiring endurance, careful attention to detail and the ability to read the ice under changing conditions. All these attributes serve Erin well in his passion to find just the right property for his clients.

When he's not selling real estate, Erin spends time encouraging his son Keegan and daughter Caeley to become what he is: an active participant in life.
